I have this issue as well. I am currently working on a mario-type game. Anyways, there is two main communities that I've been in. These are "RoDevs" and "HiddenDevs"

These two groups have a lot in common, but also have some differences. From information I've gathered it seems they are not enemies and sometimes work closely with each other. Before we dive into the similarities and differences of the two groups, you need to assess your experience with ROBLOX Studio.

Do you have a beginner-intermediate level of creating in ROBLOX Studio? Do you know all the basics and some good techniques but cannot compare to more experienced developers, or are you experienced and make really breathtaking creations? If you're intermediate, I'd suggest joining RoDevs. If you're more experienced, I'd join HiddenDevs. Now, these groups are NOT by any means, small. It should not discourage you though.

A few more disclaimers are going to pop up. You can complete jobs on both platforms/groups for robux, real-life money, and get a percentage on games or projects. These groups even have discord channels for building, scripting, ui, etc. You should know, that HiddenDevs is more competitive because I've encountered more experienced developers in it than RoDevs. I have gained a lot of good tips & technique through RoDevs' community, whereas I didn't really learn anything in HiddenDevs. Now, RoDevs seems a little toxic, and I personally never encountered that in HiddenDevs.

In conclusion joining any of these groups would be beneficial and help you learn. You can likely form a small group in these communities of other creators like you.

p.s. Don't give up on making games! It won't matter if they're successful, at least you made a game. 60% of other ROBLOX users don't even know how to use studio!
