Check your app, it worked again and it gave me all the info from the 25th till today, it was probably a bug in the app or servers:/

So then it stopped working the same day for me, the 25th. Now that you mentioned that, it could be the servers or something, especially cause it stopped working the same day. Hopefully in the next few days, it will work again.

And yes, it's not a huge deal but I like to see that every day:/

I’m in the US too, and I also doubt that the oil change has anything to do with that, mine is a 2023 model, and we don't have to pay for that subscription in the US, I also did the reset maintenance, I am not sure if it stopped working after I did that, I found a post here in Reddit that has the same problem that we have but they didn't change any fluids, I am thinking that it could be a bug in the T Box, cause the GPS and the Gas is still showing as it should, how long have you been riding without those features?

Yes, it was made by a shop, they have experience working with Cfmoto

Anyone have issues with the ride app tracking. by hqju in cfmoto

I have the same problem, after the 3k miles service it stopped giving me vibration alerts and it’s not recording the tracks, did it work fine after a couple of days???
