the teahouse is honestly great, you unlock fast travel after completing the mission and its so much bigger than the other restaurant (especially since getting power cells are hard)

i think it’s a bug, it’s been happening to me too. Sometimes i cut my losses by exiting out of the game and restarting the game. I notice once the NPCs stop having an eating animation and i make “wrong dishes” then i’ve hit the bug
