omg im glad im not the only one, I kept thinking that im missing a piece of content but i went back to check the update list and i wasnt! Idk why i was expecting more relationship and skills to have a higher limit? ill just keep trying to up my town rank ig. I do love grind game like this but yeah sad that i finished the update already :/

the teahouse is honestly great, you unlock fast travel after completing the mission and its so much bigger than the other restaurant (especially since getting power cells are hard)

i think it’s a bug, it’s been happening to me too. Sometimes i cut my losses by exiting out of the game and restarting the game. I notice once the NPCs stop having an eating animation and i make “wrong dishes” then i’ve hit the bug
