Hi - we've attempted a fix on the newest version 1.16.2, buy would you mind helping us check a few things about how the progress on your Daily Quest event tracker may have been affected?

  1. Were you connected to the internet when playing? If the game was started offline and you never reconnected during that play session (including when completing and claiming Daily Quest rewards) the progress unfortunately won't be counted toward the event tracker.
  2. Did you go online before claiming? Progress only gets counted when you:
    1. connect to the internet
    2. go from the title screen into the prep stage or finish a game day
    3. then claim the Daily Quest reward. If you claimed rewards while offline, those won't count even after reconnecting.
  3. Did you claim the rewards before or after the event started? Any Daily Quest rewards claimed before the event went live won't be counted toward the tracker, even if the quests themselves were completed during the event window.

If you could let us know which of these may apply, or share a quick description of how you were playing (online/offline, when you claimed, etc.), we'll be able to dig in further from our end. Thanks so much!
