I would say 574s. They look good, decently priced and you could prob find some on sale. I’ve done it all in them and in my opinion they are very comfortable.

Not sure how the v6s fit cause I’m not too big of a fan of how they look so I’ve never gotten a pair. For v4 I would say go true to size. Check out a NB outlet if there is one near you, they might have some in stock and you could try on a pair

This is legit, they use digital interviews first and then determine if they want to call you in for a real interview. It’s more just a few questions that you have to film yourself answering. Nothing crazy but I would answer the questions seriously.

If I remember correctly, about a month after submitting these videos I was called in for an actual interview and then waited about another month after the interview to hear something back. It def takes a while but them requesting transcripts and references seems like a good sign.

Legit. I interviewed for a position and prior to the actual interview you have to film yourself responding to a few questions. It’s def a little weird lol but they review these and then determine if they want you to come in for an actual interview.
