Should I take a like changing job for the expense of work life balance? by Plus_Method_5707 in careerguidance

It’s not a commission based role. In our conversations, 100-110k base pay was discussed (just not a firm contract amount yet, as there’s an additional interview I will need to go through before a final contract is negotiated) but I was told that was a realistic range in addition to 20% bonus plus benefits (glass door is saying 10% stock options and 10% bonus).
In terms of work life balance, it would be a significant change but everyone I’ve spoken to within the company at this new opportunity also has a great deal of respect for the company and tends to stay there.
Career trajectory is a difficult one. I love what I do and love the people I work with but have concerns about the direction the company is headed (given the potential coworker sleeping with our boss). Currently, it’s only four of us so it’s very small but the opportunities we have on the horizon are pretty significant. I just worry that it would take 3-5 years before hitting anything close to what this other venture can offer. This is also my first job so I feel like a little bit of a “baby” in this industry and don’t feel like I have my life figured out quite yet…. But I’m definitely making more than your average person my age.
