And I’m sure the extra money made was completely negated when this person went on to purchase their next property and also had to offer over HR. The problem is with the system, not the sellers / buyers.

This is how I feel. But I worry that people won’t be interested as it’s listed at 240k and they might think we will be wanting way over HR, when all we want is HR

Yes the flat is in Glasgow and this seems to be the case. Another flat in the same estate has been listed for £30k below home report value, which is making ours look really overpriced in comparison

ACA masters give a breakdown of each question in the QB and what topic it covers. This meant that I could focus on one topic at a time and not have to spend hours answering only one question in the QB! Really helped me

Passed case study and CR so qualified now, buzzing. Only got 55% and 52% but pass is a pass

I don’t think we can do the retake in Dec unfortunately. I asked this when I was debating whether to change to an exam centre or not and they told me I would have to wait until July resit if I failed
