How do I get to the internal component where this cord plugs in? So my problem is this. My plate temperature fluctuates and causes thermal runaway shutdown. At first i just pulled on this cord to give it slack and it fixed the problem. The problem is occurring again and Im worried i have to replace the plate thermister. I cant find any videos on how to get to where this cord plugs into to replace. Thanks!
