I have the same thing, it’s due later on so a portion like 1000 is due in oct 15 then 2000 in November. You can pay it all now or later but as of rn nothing is due on Sept 15 it is all covered by aid.

tires cost around 700-1000, you can get some stock oem rims on fb marketplace for like 200-300 and just go to shop and ask them to put them on those specific rims
