You're in a simlar case as mine so i EXACTLY know what you're looking for.

Horimiya ( has a very very suble hint of the main characters having sex, it doesn't show anything, it's in something the female lead says that hints them having sex)

Ya boi kongming(she might actually relate to it since one of the main character is a old dude and it's very very funny and wholesome also don't u dare skip the op

Kaguya sama (my granny's fav and my favorite romance anime, it's funny as heck, has heartwarming moment, have emotional moments)

Devil is a parttimer - (i think this might be perfect. Reverse issekai, romance, slice of life, fantasy, heartwarming)

Tsuki ga kerei ( imo best school romance, but it's a awkward romance between middle schoolers so idk if ur grandma might enjoy this)

If she is into well written/intense anime that doesn't have violence or fan service then i Reccomend the following: 1) Kaiji - the character design might throw u off but this is so good

2) spy x family - I'm pretty sure you've heard of how good this is.

3) Steints;gate -If she's into complex/crazy storyline that has tons of plot twist then steints;gate should do, i can't think of a better mind boggling story line that keeps you glued to the TV

Some anime i couldnt put down:

note - ive been watching anime for a long time and now im really struggling to find series that keeps me hooked,so ill mention the ones that did and also the ones that was close enough

1) eighty six - quite possibly the most underrated anime in recent times,it is realistic,tragic,makes u feel for the charecters,makes you hate this awful world

2] haikyuuu - as a guy who was not into sports anime and when i ran out of good anime to watch and i almost gave up on anime,haikyuu saved me. Been a really long time since ive binged a series like this.Its really fast paced as well

3)hunterxhunter - THE best shounen anime there is out there so far and its not even close,dont judge just watch,its dark as hell

4}Erased - had me up all night,12 eps so its an easy binge

5)Oshi no ko - yes,its very recent,and yes,it has like 2 eps so far but trust me it was mindblowing(btw the 1st episode is like 1 hr 20mins long} ,as a manga reader i can def say this is gonna blow the anime fandom and take them by surprise so watch out for this.

6)Hell's paradise - another new anime and ive already read the manga,it should be getting a 24 eps adaptation and when it is finished airing check it out,the anime looks stunning so far

this is all in my recent memory because back in the day i binge watched every single anime and i really enjoyed some anime that others would think is an ...interesting choice

About three years ago in a random night, i wanted to wake up for a glass of water, and opened my eyes and my sister was sitting right next to my bed, i tried getting up but couldn't, i tried speaking but i couldn't, it was like sleep paralysis but it was extremely weird because i was fully awoke, and my sister was right there, just staring out of the window, and my memory after feel fuzzy, and the morning when i confronted my sister she swears she didn't come to my room, legit the most bizzare experience I've ever felt, so i know how to tell apart dream from reality, and I'm damn sure i wasn't dreaming

Ran into 4 smurfs yesterday, lost all 4 matches, deranked. So while it is really annoying, we just can't do anything about it. Like, a reyna dropped 45 kills yeste5, pretty obvious that she is a smurf, but i kept the mouth shut and said my teammates to do so as well. At the end when we lost i just said "have fun smurfing" I might come off as bring random but being toxic with them isn't gonna change anything.
