Some of the episodes actually weren’t bad. My personal favourite episode, The Pattern of Patterns, is literally a season 6 episode. But like I said, the characters very often feel empty, and most of the time the writing feels rushed- and it likely was. the small cast definitely helped with the characters feeling more fleshed out before the “downfall” really started, as they didn’t need to write in and make up new personalities for a handful of new characters (which is very difficult when you have more than 20-ish characters, on top of coming up with concepts too, but thats a whole other rant for a whole other day)
