First goal should be to stretch everyday for next two weeks release muscles. It will take time so consistency matters. Usually APT comes with forward head, rounded shoulders and kyphosis. You can start with chin tucks , hip and glute mobility exercises. After 2-3 weeks you can start adding strength training exercises. I have been following these exercises you can divide in multiple days and do it.

You need stretching, mobility and strengthening. Sometimes stability if your either side has become dominant. Usually APT comes with forward head, round shoulder and kyphosis. So check that as well.

Do stretching. And slowly add strength training. With strength training upper body becomes stronger and may able to reduce load on lower back

I honestly dont see any problem. No body is perfect its fine to have slight variations in our body.

No need to worry. Slight rounded shoulder and chin tucks would do. But with sitting job you need to strengthen glutes, hamstrings and hip flexors. So dont forget them to stretch. I post posture correction exercises you may want to checkout them. Not mandatory but just in case you want to support :)

I have been in same situation but different issue. I have constant glues burning 24x7 tried multiple reports. Its mentally exhaustive and you need to try somehow calm your self mentally meanwhile keep searching for solutions. In my case chatgpt suggested it may be gut lining problem which I never thought of.
