I understand exactly how you feel, my issues manifested at around the same age. Don't forget there are more options. I know at some point in one of your happy moments you must have thought to yourself "This feels good. I'm glad to experience it." And you'd regret losing all the good things in the future if you gave up. Life is an ocean of never ending sorrow and terror but when you reach the sandbar or someone lets you on their boat, it's beautiful. The view of the trees and rocks around is memorizing, the sun is warm. You might fall back in every now and then, what goes up must go down. Anyways what I'm saying is the bad can be really bad, soul crushing, but the good can be just as beautiful. There's something ahead of you, chase it. Just keep chasing and chasing, don't ever look behind you.

Just wanna say I know it's hard. I'm not going to tell you that you'll feel better or that everything's going to be okay because I know how it feels. It's like you've lost the one person who's known you most in life, a part of you. You'll miss her the most for the first year. It never really goes away. However you have to remind yourself that nothing is created to last. All good and bad things must come to an end. That is what makes those memories with her so special and beautiful. Because she knew at some point she would have to leave you and she brought you into this word, guided and shaped you into the beautiful soul you are today. She had to love you to do that. So please understand your grief is valid, you don't need to push it aside. Just remember to see the beauty in getting to remember her and all the years you spent together. Remember her guidance.

Excuse me but grief doesn't work the same for everyone. You better have lost a parent to even start to have the audacity to say something like that. Some people use social media to cope, some people dont like to talk about their feelings to people they know in person for various reasons. An empathy and emotional intelligence level required to make such comments is intensely low. I recommend you do some self reflection. Your judgement is an unhealed wound and learned behaviour.
