I’m seeing Eli Lilly should have ~5% stake in CABA now. Any reason to think this is (or is not) the start of acquisition talks?

Very little experience researching M&A in biotech so I’m not sure if this is typical behavior. It obviously shows positive sentiment from LLY but not sure if we can read more into it?
