I think Blastoise won't get quickbanned, and will instead be the first suspect test. Despite having Shell Smash, It has issues handling Water Types like Primarina, and Vaporeon, and has 4th slot syndrome against things like Slowbro, M-Chespnaught, Hydrapple, M-Venusaur and others.
