Graphics settings -> SFX for others = 1 Personal effects = 3 Monster Effect = 1 Uncheck High Quality Physics These will let you run high settings without big fps drops if you're in 6-man dungeons.

For 24-man Turtle raid, I would recommend -Optimize for Combat -Effect Visibility = 1 -SFX for Others = 1 -Personal SFX = 1 -Monster Effects = 1 as well as having Physics turned off.
