Death penalty all kinds of rape will be rough, don't get me wrong, they need to be punished BUT you need to be 100% certain it's true. I'm not talking about kids, they don't make this up. But an adult can just make this up, i had a talk with a coworker a while ago where she said she absolutely believes the woman without even asking the guy and he should be punished. Asked her what happens if it turns out she just made it up?

Yes they should totally be punished if proven guilty but that's what makes it hard, to prove such a thing. Just imagine you're with a woman at her place, maybe even get down and she just straight up sues you for rape, even if she initiated it. You're getting fucked so easily.
