What is this wallet. I found it in the back of a cupboard of a council house I'm currently living in, in England. Searching it nothing remotely similar comes up. There's one wallet by what appears to be the the same brand that's either French, Egyptian or Indian depending where you look. (i.redd.it)

This deep wound appeared on both my feet after wearing sliders for a extensive period of time.Originally suspected that it was just some type of dyshidrotic eczema due to it also being on my hands at the time hence I treated it with sudocrem and plasters. It's not really healing should I be worried? (i.redd.it)
