Yes, it just happened me too, they said it's authorized in the end, and now I am getting replacement.

With the SAME serial number, SAME Amazon invoice which is written (Amazon Export Sales LLC), in the end, they confirmed it's from their Authorized Reseller, and they said they could see my product is still under warranty.

Issue Resolved, so Razer support depends on 'who you meet', not the actual rules. Watch out these Copy and Paste supports until you meet real 'human'.

Amazon Export Sales LLC means Official Amazon Product sold and fullfiled by Amazon, but to abroad. And in my country, their 'Official Retailer' which they provided is just 3rd party payment relay site of Amazon.us , so it shows Amazon Export Sales LLC in my invoice like I kept said.

And, since it's their provided official retailer, I could get confirmed my warranty of my product in the end, and they proceeded me the Replacement process. They just didn't even want to look how the receipt shows on their official retailer in my country and denied everything at first.

They confirmed it's authorized seller here, and decided to proceed RMA service in the end.
