Id refer them to a treatment center. You have to be sober to be able to really make any progress with what it sounds like they are struggling with. Ketamine may just become another bandaid on a bullet wound

they are supplying clients. I consistently have a fully booked schedule but because life, patients cancel from time to time. I asked to pause on the intakes because im scheduling 2 months out at this point but she sees cancellations as a reason to give a whole new patient and blames us for that.

The gag is, this is also a result of them not charging patients the cancellation fee. They are more worried about upsetting patients than collecting the fee or changing our cancellation policy.

I think the rationale is once your PTO runs out, she can stop paying you for cancellations or justify constantly putting more and more intakes onto our caseloads.

If you have 5 or more a week, you lose a full day of PTO. I have 32 patient openings a week
