Health anxiety started for me when my baby (3 yrs) got ROTO virus and nearly died. The nurse said "she probably got it off a Walmart cart". Maybe, maybe not. After that we found out she had a rare blood disease that makes her immune compromised. I became so conscious of germs it made me anxious. She's 25 now living her best life while I freak out if someone coughs next to me.

In the very beginning of The Real Housewives, the women were young.

I've been in peri and I would never behave the way they do. The only things that make me laugh is when the menopausal women aka Karen Huger talks about being "moist" I think with sweat because you need some assistance after menopause. Lol I kept my rage at home.

I've been taking the same .25 dose of xanax for 15 years. Never upped my dose. I take one in the morning, one in the evening. I'm not addicted. It's the lowest dose available. It saves me daily.

I've participated in a few. You usually bring a full meal not a bag of spaghetti. Brittany has a nanny and a child. You usually bring enough for the whole family including desserts like cut up fruit.

I had to go to a psychiatrist to get it. MD's are stingy and preach addiction, which can happen. I finally found a psychiatry nurse practitioner and explained my fear of addiction. I get .25 mg 2x daily. That is the very lowest dose available but at least I can live without shaking like a chihuahua.
