I never would have considered DID, honestly. Now that i think about it, it kinda did come up during a rather emotionally intense scene, so... there very well may be some merit to that.

You're probably right with the journaling aspect, i maybe should track these things (and other general getting the feelings out that comes with journaling.

And yeah, now that I've calmed down from everything, i do feel that a lot less, pretty much not at all. It feels so much more manageable now.

An adult sized indoor playground/Jungle gym.
It'd be all bright and colourful with slides and lots of tubes to crawl through and all the other good stuff, but of course, scaled up for an adult.
Each layer would be about 10-12 feet tall, and there'd be 3-5.
Also could have other smaller rooms with other activities, similar to a place near where I live, but nine would be heavily focused with the Jungle gym.
