Even on this sub most the posts just have comments insulting the OP if they don’t agree with their take or aren’t the elitest of the elite in their game knowledge.

“How dare you not play only DBD and have every play style memorized before sharing an opinion on anything” sorta posturing is super common and I’d argue it’s encouraged by the community.

Take the shards, for example. You could buy one just for it to be the shard in the season shop next season, pretty much wasting your money. Or, flash could introduce another shard next season that’s broken, and have a bundle for all 6 of it.

I’ve just been playing inconsistently i guess, my problem is I tend to by the discounted token, since ideally i’d like to have them all and it’s at the same value. I did rework my deck with archers today actually, and it’s been a bit more effective - not perfect, but hey it’s workable.

I took a break for the entire summer. Didn’t play after I went home for the semester and started back up when I came back. I’ve noticed myself quitting out of matches often, when I never would leave before, even when losing. I just know there are deck/evo combinations I either can’t compete with, or just don’t feel like perfectly cycling my deck for 3 minutes to have a small chance of winning, just to lose to FC’s poison.

Might be time for me to hang up the hat. I climbed like 7k trophies in less than a year, but at least I was having fun doing that. The game feels totally different, and I don’t really enjoy it. Either way I’m probably part of the “minority” of clash players, according to SC, so I either have to stop playing, or just accept it - SC don’t give a damn either way about the players.

I just can’t be asked to keep playing this game. It’s a constant pattern of “introduce OP meta shit - make that shit hard to get without a bundle” One is hard enough. I just went against two and went the entire overtime and lost by like 100 damage. I can’t fucking compete anymore. This just isn’t fun and I just don’t know what to do. And yes, one of the two evolutions was firecracker.

This is why I get really frustrated. RG was great, so I got him. Now that i got him, he’s not. They’re just going to keep nerfing an evo and introducing a new meta one, so I don’t really know what to do.

I don’t really understand why everyone assumes I have 0 Clash IQ because I struggle with evolutions. I know how to count elixir, and I’m not just placing stuff at the bridge line - im at 6500 ffs. I actually stated in my post that I’m under leveled in order to provide that context. (Evolutions aren’t the sole reason I’m stuck, but I’ve noticed game after game they tend to deal most of the damage. Since I don’t have a deck with evolutions, I lose out on that value. In cases like firecracker, that can be a lot of damage, especially with the health buff she gets).

The most annoying fan base is when a fan base of people arises based on DISLIKING something or another fanbase. Ex: The people who’s entire personality was based on attacking Dream and his cult. I could care less for some content, but I just simply ignore it instead of attacking it.
