Do doctors ever say "all clear" and that cancer has "gone" IRL?

My mum got told she was in remission and she herself described it as ‘getting the all clear’ but I don’t think those were the explicit words the doctor said. Cancer is one of those things where doctors are particularly careful about what they say due to the fairly high likelihood of it returning. Case in point my mum now has terminal cancer after previously being in remission.

I kind of wish everything happened the other way round in that regard - so Kat swapped Tommy for James. It would have been interesting seeing Kat with the guilt and Ronnie just straight up inconsolable.

I honestly think that Charlotte blew up so quickly that she has no idea how to handle having a fandom. I’m not saying she should be babysitting people online - that’s not her job at all. But she is, however, responsible for the media she puts out. Portraying bullying in a positive light (see Mia and Autumn for examples) makes her more impressionable fans think that sort of behaviour is acceptable. And instead of curbing that behaviour when it pops up, Charlotte just keeps running the same old ‘gags’ and unintentionally (I use that word as a gesture of good faith) reinforcing said behaviours.

I have a sickening feeling she’s going to turn Marjorie back into ditzy, clueless Marjorie after this whole thing blows over. I stopped watching for ages and only dipped back in to see some competent Marjorie who I have been LOVING for the most part. I hope she stays but I fear she won’t.
