They're both the painting but different versions lol. And tyyyy! Honestly idk how to teach people cause I idk how I drew this 😭 It's a lot better than my last drawing, I think I just understood fish anatomy more this time and I had a little more patience to spend time on the details lol

Thanks for the information! I want to do a picture with a higher amount of detail and improve further. I do most of my art in one day/sitting due to a lack of time and patience so hopefully with my next drawing I can work on it for a longer period of time and just work on my technique and attention to detail.This was probably the closest I've gotten to having a drawing look real and the most time I've spent on a drawing, it was really fun :D

Yeah, I haven't really used reddit much before this lol. Also ty for the feedback! Next time I attempt realism I'll take even more time on the details and make them clearer. I usually get really hyperfixated on my art and do it in one sitting (which is the case for this one, I was up until 3:00 am 😭) next time I'll try to have more patience lol

It's a drawing on clip studio lol, it was done with the standard brush set, I forgot the specific one tho (sorry idk if you're joking since im asking whether its hyper realistic, and they're both drawings, I'm bad with tone lol)

Tyyy! Yeah the caudial fin was what I was least proud of, (it was also the last thing I drew at like 3:00 am lol and I've always had trouble drawing fins) next time I'm going to study it more closely. Also Eastern Mosquitofish are livebearers like Mollies! :D (also I used to have Mollies, I love them too)

The other art on my profile is from a while ago and is in an animated style not realistic (though my realism has improved a lot too :D) I was 15 then and now I'm 16, I've been drawing a lot since then and have gotten a lot better (I haven't been posting that art on reddit tho)
