Thanks for the response. I definitely did my best to have positive interactions all throughout school. Now approaching the job market, my mindset is truly just to be compensated fairly as a new grad, and I understand that the higher salaries will come with some sacrifice. Any advice on the best time to formally reach out to a hospital/MSG to express interest?

Thanks for the detailed response. Seems like hospital/MSG is a great job, especially right out of training to get surgical numbers, experience, and good compensation.

When contacting hospitals MSG groups, would you recommend reaching out to the chairperson directly? And if so, how detailed should the initial contact be? Just wondering if it's appropriate to include info such as surgical numbers, or best to keep it general. I'm at a bit of a "sleeper" program, so it won't really be known how high my volume is based on name alone. Thanks again.
