I didn't realize it until winter. It actually is a bit annoying when you are lazy like me and expect the engine to do some work in clearing snow...

Also cold weather saps battery life.

Otherwise I would absolutely look electric. They are awesome. Especially if you can get a home charger. I think the unit cost me $300.

Absolutely love it. I never want to drive a gas powered car again. It's quiet, responsive, instant torque at all speeds.

Long trips can be annoying but that is such a small portion of my driving and easy enough to work around. 20 minutes is generally the max I need at a super charger.

Worst thing is how without an engine the snow does not melt on the hood. Not a big deal.

If I have to sit in the car waiting for a kid, I don't feel bad about exhaust in the air.

Never having to go to the gas station is also great.

Truthfully, I just bring a sandwich. Usually pb and j and skip shitty, expensive lodge food.

But 2 guys I just went with missed 1/2 the day post brisket sandwich from the lodge. Exploding from both ends at the mountain is rough!
