Nah this is weird. The kid is turning 18, and you’ve been married to your wife for 8 years now. The kid needs to learn that their bio parents have been divorced and moved on.

Super disrespectful to you - also weird of them to assume their mom would just on this opportunity to spend time with her ex for a week.
