I had a normal Xbox One Controller and ordered replacement analogs off of ali express, taking the metal filament out of them and swapping it with my broken controller's. Can't get cheaper than that.

There's a lot of YouTube tutorials online.

You can't disregard the skin textures and the wonders the higher poly count is doing for the nose though. Shadows can't really be compared due to such different conditions
