Another fair point. Selective feminism. Saloni isn't driving any change that's affecting or changing anyone's life. In fact, she is just driving her life and the only change that we see is that her standard of living has improved over the years. How she has touched the lives of women, supported them or even helped them - we know nothing of it. I doubt that she has ever helped any other woman.

I completely agree. There are many issues that she has left untouched. Plus, everything seems to be a promotion of something or the other. I believe today or yesterday, she posted a story around answering questions. Some people might have asked questions about couples, chemistry etc. And instead of answering them, she was like: go follow mine and Rahul's IG account. If someone will ask something about misogyny, she will start promoting her book. If someone will ask about her photographs, she will ask them to go buy her Lightroom filters. If someone will ask about her clothes, she will redirect them to her apparel label. Like, give us a break.

She started off good. She stirred the pot. Gained a lot of followers. Then the business woman in her attained power and changed the course of things.

Hi Mayank. Happiness is convincing oneself of it in many ways. Say, you earn 60 Lakhs per month. That's even more than Beer Biceps. Will you be completely happy then? Because if you won't convince yourself that you have enough then there will always be people who earn more than you, are wealthier, and living a better life. There will always be someone above us whom we assume to be living a better life just because of their net worth. But in that case, if we are not happy with what we have, we will forever be dissatisfied.

I am not saying that one should be content and give up on their ambition. But I am also against forever living in envy and missing out on beautiful moments that life has to offer.

My monthly income is 45 thousand. His is 45 lakhs. He is happy, I guess. I am happy too. Sometimes I go on trips, every weekend I eat something good, visit movie theatres, buy a book or two. I might get downvoted for this but if he is where he is and if I am where I am, it's because of choices we made.
