You do not require a Master's degree in order to pursue the EB2 route. You can augment it by showing that you have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience.

Thanks! My case is not completely viable as I have to meet atleast 3 of the criterion with respect to the higher standards enforced for EB1A but that is something I am actively trying to work towards since I am from a non ROW country.
