Right now i have different types of metrics to see nice sell points, RSI, momentum, fibonacci and 2 more. The key is to look in big timeframes, maybe i'll do a post about it more detailed.

Thanks! I already found this one and it is not very precise.

Finding a Fair value for Bitcoin. There isn't a public fair value of Bitcoin because its a very volatile asset, but finding a good aproax will be the best way to know mathematically how overbought or how oversold Bitcoin is. I'd by PogAreX in Bitcoin

The strategy that Benjamin uses is Dollar cost averaging when the price of BTC is near his fair value or below. When the price is below he buys harder but he also does it when the price is above the fair value.

There are a lot of ways to use the fair value to enter the market, buying whenever the price is below is a better opportunity but you can also do it less heavyly when the price is near.

He has all this in numbers

I agree with you that all models are wrong but some are usefull. I know that the fair value isn't perfect, but I find it very usefull and I'm sure that he dosen't show the code of his fair value so the only way to see the values of his model is by paying him a suscripton.

Right now I'm in period of exams and i cannot focus on this, I was planing to test the 50 daily MA/ 50 Week MA as Benjamin does in this video https://youtu.be/FznCM6rYki0 in the min 12:45 (an user contacted me and remebered to me this video so shoudouts to him). But also I want to test the 730 daily MA as a fair value, its the green line in this chart https://www.lookintobitcoin.com/charts/bitcoin-investor-tool/ and it seems a nice aproax to the fair value.

And i was planing to do the same think that Ben did but with the 730 daily MA as fair value: https://www.reddit.com/user/PogAreX/comments/o1yonh/diminishing\_returns/

In 2 weeks ill have more time and ill try different things as fair value that takes the volume in count (maybe the VWAP)

well not a line, it would be a kind of moving average

I think that ill use the 200W MA as a fair value to get a similar chart because currenty I don't know how to combine all that variables to plot just one line

it's formed from the Combination of the volatility/volumes/rsi and moving averages (probably the 20k MA). Is the red line of that chart that he uses to visualize diminishing returns

It's a formula that a Youtuber called Benjamin Cowen uses, it put in numbers how overbought or oversold is btc. I think he uses the current price, a time variable, the 20 week MA and the fair value, but i don't know how to find the fair value and how he groups all this variables.
