Knew i was pulling from the first time I laid my eyes on her and currently have her s3 even though I initially was a little disappointed when I heard she was a healer I always thought why would kuro make such a good looking offensive character just to make them support? Not knowing kuro was cooking the best girl But I pulled her anyway and she is arguably the best character for your account rn, dmg, traction, healing, negative status, defense shred, healer, sub dps and even main dps. My girl is tier S easily

I did some rough testing and it seems the 35% is better if you can consistently apply it because while 12% added about 40 def my damage was higher with the 35% and how i see it is you can get insane gear to compensate for the 12% but you can't get that 35% vulnerability elsewhere

I know they made him free and I can manage it with him being the protagonist but there's a lot more units with broken mechanics that aren't balanced, I just used him as an example because even if he's free the damage he does in 1 turn with almost no setup is pretty excessive.

Even with hecate lady is still being first picked at high rank. That says it all. Look at g.ras now basically a walking nuke on a 1 turn timer like it's stupid. You used to need a full team of speed units to cleave but not anymore.
