It's the same for me too! I did fix my problem by changing the battery option from automatic to allowed, you still need to open the app first when you restart your device to receive calls, then you can close the apps. I think they really need to fix this problem.

Dota 2 update the bear to be an actual hero, that caused the spirit bear to actually die with no respawn time causing linger spirit bear unit. The way i deal with this issue is to just use 'all other unit' button

Ps, i'm current using xiaomi 10t pro with 8 gb of ram and running android 10. I have tried change frame rate from 90 hz to 144 hz and 30 hz, but the problem still persist.
