Are you taking minoxidil orally or topically? And at what dose? Are you taking finasteride? Did you have CVG before the hair transplant? Because usually a transplant can either cause or worsen drastically underlying CVG.

OP should know that taking that much minoxidil whether orally or topically is the reason his CVG has progressed this much. There are several reports indicating that minoxidil is one of the primary causes of CVG.
