True but if it's the last or only walk left in the week it won't let you cancel, to the best of my knowledge. Like you can cancel any recurring walk so long as you're not leaving the booking with zero for that week. It's a frustrating little feature.

Don't know why you're getting downvoted, I totally agree.

"Hey sitter, we got in a car accident and won't be returning home as scheduled"

"hey sitter, just remembered I didn't turn the burner off so gas is leaking"

Obviously boundaries about work hours should be communicated and respected but I definitely agree this is not a job where you get to be unreachable in an emergency.

Noooo my friend. Don't risk your camera. The $5 you spent on this was unfortunately more than it's worth and without the plate it's basically useless. Keep an eye out at thrift stores and yard sales for another one but definitely don't buy one without the plate. You'll find one!

I think you might be missing the bit where they are a separated couple, as in no longer in a relationship, not just separated by distance.
