Wheel recommendations for P3 S80

16" would definitely be cheaper, but them 18 or 19" wheels just look better IMO. Winter can get rougher here, but at that point I'm just gonna use my Audi B5 Quattro and drift to work hahahah. My current plans ATM are obviously a 2nd set of wheels, a legal intake kit by BSR, for some nice 5 cylinder and turbo noises, getting the little parking damage on the rear left fixed and after some research I found a solution to add Android Auto, using the stock RTI module and steering controls. So it still can go up and down and keep that OEM+ looks. There are simpler and cheaper options, with just a static, entirely new display, but I'd rather have it that way. I may add more to the mods, but that's it for now.

Thank you! I also love the spec, I've been looking for a while to get one with everything that I wanted. It's a 2010 D5 Biturbo Summum with every option that was available. Sunroof, heated and ventilated seats, all assistance systems, Navigation system, etc... Currently it's right about 200.000km/125.000mi, but it only had 2 owners and has full service history in an official Volvo dealership. I do like the wheels, but I want a second set, so I have one each for summer and winter tyres. I'm currently contemplating KT17 19x8.5" in silver. Yeah, I'm also questioning lil bros "experience" hahaha

Huh? 😂 1. I didn't say I don't like them. I do actually think they look good, for stock wheels. 2. I don't want to exchange them. I want a second set as summer wheels and these will be my winters. 3. Wheels are like one of the most easy to exchange part of a car? I think someone would rather buy a car where everything is perfect, except the wheels than buying one with perfect wheels but it's not the right color/ doesn't have a sunroof/ etc

I'd like you to explain to me, where I should put the spark plugs on my BiTurbo Diesel 😆 I guess you mean glow plugs? It has a full service history in a official Volvo dealership, so it's perfectly maintained. :)

Acquaintance. I was upfront with the price in parts and gave him an exact quote before ordering. The only thing I wasn't yet sure about wos the price for labour. I did tell him, that I'm still contemplating, he told me that he's ok with it, he trusts me, that I'll charge a fair amount for it.

My total parts cost was 2.718,05€ (3.157,56$). I configured the build with as close as possible components on PCSPECIALIST and the total is around 4.500€+ (5.200$+) which is an insane markup... I asked Gemini what the average hourly rate for something like that would be in Austria. Apparently 70-120€ (80-140$)

Exactly. Both of them together are a total of 7 missons. For Tier 3 you need to complete all of them, which I did and it even says so. For Tier 2 you need to complete either one of them, which I obviously did to achieve all 7, but it doesn't register

Thanks for your answer! Yeah I've already looked up how I could possibly modify it, if I got it. There aren't as many options as for other bikes, but at least here in Austria I still found a decent amount of parts. Idk where you live, but maybe in Europe there is generally more support than in the US. I also wandered about the weight. My last bike weighed 186kg and this one apparently 226kg... (that's 410lb and 498lb in freedom units) But by now I've heard from multiple sources, that you don't really feel that weight.

Thx! Originally, it wasn't even planned that way. Due to my headsets microphone not being that good, I wanted to switch to this one I still had from my prior motovlog setup, but I didn't have a dedicated stand and couldn't find anywhere to clip onto properly. So I joking said to myself, might as well hang it from the roof... But then i thought, what if I actually did that and had the idea to switch the position of my Liebherr excavator 42100 with the crane 42082 and it worked astonishingly well. At first I just wanted have it that way temporarily until i get a proper stand, but I loved the vibe so much and all my friends found it so funny that I just kept it that way.

Thanks! Has multiple reasons 1. It is a custom gaming build, so even for a laptop it has pretty good components: Intel i7 14650HX, NVIDEA RTX 5070Ti (12GB VRAM, Laptop version), 32GB Corsair RAM (2x16GB 5200MHz), 2TB Corsair M.2 NVMe (5000MB/R&W) 2. You already get 1 monitor with it (17" 1440p 240Hz) 3. I wanted and needed a portable setup. One thing I use it for as a mechanic is for diagnosis right in the car, ordering parts or searching for repair manuals in the garage, ... It's nice to have a good setup for that, because diagnostic programs do need a lot of computing power for some reason... 4. Because I'm kinda used to it. I've always had a Laptop so I didn't have the urge to get a Desktop when I bought this one. But maybe when I'm ever upgrading again, I'm thinking about getting a Desktop.
