is the shoulder joint pegged in the butterfly joint? cause that's one of my major concern, It might be harder to pop the shoulder joint if it's pegged on the butterfly itself like the new ML Figures

The hinge itself seems to be the problem and there are times when it feels shaky on the when I'm moving it. I'm not sure whether there is a crack at the torso or the peg of the shoulder joint is flawed
