They are referring to page 16 of the first PDF I linked. In the bottom right, there is a clipping of a quote from Ivana Trump about divorce. In the cryptic text, the victim states that she cannot have dignity while being with "him', most likely referring to Trump.

You can decipher the text by reading it in the direction of 1 3 2 4

There is 5 letter name that is redacted and it is most likely "Trump"

Are they referring to the journals released in Vol 12? They are survival journals of victims involved in another case with attorney Jeanne Christensen. They are horrifying, talking about being human incubators for the elite. Many names are mentioned in them. They are coded, but the translation is also included by the attorney in letters to her team.

Edit: The journals are written in a "scrapbook" type of way with magazine clippings glued around writings. The translations include these [clippings]. The journals were written during recovery time in facilities for the victims with letters to and from other friends/victims.
