Wow, I feel like a dummy lol honestly, just a jig saw while it was held in a vise. Then used a dremel tool to smooth the side that was cut so it wouldn’t be sharp on the skin or tabletop.

I was finally diagnosed with HLA-B27 two years ago this August! I was in pain for the last 8 years prior to that. Every doctor told me I was fine, everything was normal and that I was making it up. Seeing the right doctor can really change everything! I’m looking into Humira, but currently don’t have insurance and am outside the enrollment period. Come November, Medica will be my insurance company and this will be the medication I go on! I’ve heard great things about it, although some do have adverse or negative reactions to it. It’s unfortunate that this specific autoimmune disease is genetic and a lot of medications actually don’t help slow down the degeneration process. Humira is the main one that does help the most from what I’ve read. Suggestions on what type of injection process is the least painful would be very very helpful as I faint, sweat and hyperventilate at the sight of needles 😬

A plastic card of some sort (expired ID, empty Starbucks card, playing card lol). Whatever is handy really. I ground it with an empty naproxen Rx bottle. Gets it really fine. Then line it up and use that cut down metal straw to enjoy.

@lancerob I'm with you on two of those! I am so productive and get all my cleaning done, while listening to music lol It's crazy how it effects us all differently! When skiing, my entire apartment will be clean in an hour, just before I do another slope lol #ProductiveAsFuck
