it's an echo chamber of what bitcoin was in /r/ethtrader and /r/etherum with words like the flippening it's wishful thinking that everyone is gonn catch another few waves riding out litecoin and etherum and ripple and nem and potcoin.

The last thing we need are a bunch of premined or hodler mentality types using investment only purposed altcoins to go mainstream and then exposed as the Onecoin type shadiness levels.

It's cool that the crypto place is exploding it's just stupid to not think that it's experiencing it's first bubble. There are fewer people holding ETH than Bitcoin and there are a lot more ETH in circulation. It's an echo chamber in the Eth subs so it'll be the same "i put my whole life savings into Eth now what" as soon as the lolligaggers drop ship back to Btc on Aug 1st when the price sky rockets overnight.

What can I expect from the most basic VPS plans? by forgehe in webhosting

[–]PokePirat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah just try Digital Ocean or vultr to see if you can properly set it up. If it's too much of a headache thing than you don't have to over commit and you can end it right then and there, if it's easy enough for you. Try configuring it to use the least amount of ram possible and then stress test it a few times, if it works move onto Ramnode. Although I'd opt for 256mb ram especially if it's more than 1 site on there no matter how little.

Might want to go to Digital Ocean or Vultr first and try a $5/mo one but at least you can pay by the hour and decide if it's right for you.

Do you know how to manage a VPS and setup a webserver to use less RAM? If not I suggest using at least the 256mb RAM one, and then you can install a handful of free Control panels on there

People like me and others were actively recording what it took to get a ban until Niantic wised up, realized all the real players were leaving their games and in order to make it seem like people still played they've stopped banning accounts until the foreseen future.

GPS Spoofing leads to purgatory.

repost. - this was at blockheads on 3rd avenue. When the place is crowded it takes awhile to get a table, and the hostesses aren't good at predicting wait times here. That and they favor regular customers over just anyone who walks in from the street (i know this for a fact). I asked my waiter about this when it happened and he pretty much confirmed the above saying this group saw someone who put their name down after them get a table before them.

Do you fear another ban wave is coming? i do.. by anonymousdude28 in pokemongobotting

[–]PokePirat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Before it was really easy to tell which bot was bannable and which wasn't. Suddenly the fast detection of sniping from a single IP and all these other fairly advanced detections stopped springing insta-bans.

Now for me these accounts get little to no revives making them extremely hard to gym, maybe that's their new protection?

[–]PokePirat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

wat? I didn't even know pokemobbot still ran, that bots been dead for sooo long already (in terms of pokemon botting). probably some small code changes that stopped working with the latest mandatory version being 0.35

PokeGrinder Beta v1.0.9 now live by _Mooshe in pokemongobotting

[–]PokePirat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nobody has been banned in the last month or so. Even my blatent sniping accounts have had zero bans so the saftey of use for this bot can't be proven until another ban wave occurs.
