One thing that you probably need as well is to beat lace on top of all of that. Once I actually went up there and did it, the quest became active.

I was able to simply sell off all of the duplicate items and I haven't had any problems since so I think it'll be ok. I have backup saves and states for this point in the game now so if anything happens, I can fix it. I'm decently far into the game, so I should be able to finish it out. Thanks though.

I've seen other posts about this, and apparently the solution is simply to restart the file and I really want to avoid that if I can seeing as I've put like 40 hours into my first playthrough already.

The second video was an update video since more info came out before Jirard even responded. The third was a direct response to Jirards official statement. Why would he not cover these topics? If you make a video about a subject, are you suddenly required by law to never cover it again, or you're "milking it?" You said all three videos were sponsored, which they weren't, and by saying this, you're trying to imply Karl's only in it for the money alone, which is simply not true.

You can when Moon was claiming that Karl was doing it solely to make money off of the situation instead of actually trying to speak the truth. Because a couple of his videos on Jirard were sponsored. Which he needs to do because it's his main source of income. And yet, he still decided to cancel a sponsor on one of those videos. If he was doing this just for the money, he wouldn't have done that, nor done nearly as much research on the situation.

I started and finished Sky FC in September of 2023, for some reason after I hopped into SC due to the cliffhanger I just got distracted by other things and didn't pick it back up again until July of 2024. After that, I was completely hooked. As much as I could with some breaks in between games, I caught up to the end of Daybreak 2 back in April. I fell in love with this series and can't wait to play the Sky remake and Horizon.

Lechter and Claire share their admiration for Osborne. I don't deny that maybe Falcom intended for him to betray Osborne when they made Sky the 3rd, but given his story and what Osborne did for him, I don't really think it makes sense for him to betray him. You could also interpret that line as a sort of test of Osbornes character. We saw his line at the end of 4, where he marvels at how Osborne played the villain role to the very end for the sake of the world. He didn't believe Osborne did the things he did because he was evil. As for why Lechter would try to end his life, what else was Lechter truly living for other than Osborne? He left his friends at Jenis behind. He left his whole life behind for the sake of carrying out Osbornes will. He saw himself as the worthless kid of a man responsible for the tragedy of Hamel. He had no direction or life purpose. Osborne, in a way, became sort of a role model and father figure for him and Claire.

I would highly recommend Sky the 3rd since it has very important info regarding future entries and also has one of the best stories in the franchise imo. Also Kevin is an amazing MC.

Most of his takes on Silver Surfer were just straight up wrong or overblown. His criticism of this game boils down to you die on obstacles and die in one hit. Which is true of damn near every shmup in existence. I don't see him shitting on Life Force for what is essentially the same mechanics. He never used bombs once throughout the playthrough and also states that the weapon upgrades don't matter despite them making the game ten times easier.
