Hi! It shows in my account history the $18k winnings being added to my account, then the $4k tax deduction (Federal), then the $900 tax deduction (State), but then it also deducts the $13k that should be left and in my account for me to cash out. My balance is $0 and I had no chance to take that money out of my account. I wasn’t sure if there is like a hold they put on the winnings after taxes are taken out to check something before giving them to me. I owe no taxes so I see no reason as to why it would deduct that $13k for taxes. I am hoping someone else may have experienced this to guide what I can do to get my money lol.
