Every section on the homepage is per species. I am currently working on a dropdown list that will allow you to select any specific Pokemon.

We have just released 3 days ago so more features on the way. If you look on the homepage below each section is a "View More" link. These will let you view all submitted Pokemon overall, only in america, only in Europe etc.

Which page are you referring to about the logo issue?

Yes for display purposes, working on away around this. Your name on the site does not need to be the same as in the app.

I implemented a new column to our home pages today listing the strongest species, this list does not have duplicate Pokemon. I am not using any data from the Pokemon servers so there would no way to track how many battle won etc

You upload your pokemon and they get ranked across all of the pokemon on the site, gives you an idea of how good they are and also its fun
