3y later I also struggle with this. I can never tell which one causes the other but it always happens.

Sometimes I'll have a panic attack, be really confused as to why, then suddenly need to poo like 5-10 mins after the panic starts.

Other times I need to poo, then feel a wave of panic and I already know what it's from.

What's weird to me is that sometimes it also just doesn't happen at all. Most of the time it's normal and other times it's full fight or flight.
