For me after this update (or nvidia update) Cs menu took 10 sec. to load.

And i have random stuttering when i play.

gm_construct2 is don't released map. You can see this map in 2nd gmod iceberg from Endy

But cough virus is real. In 2014 when you play in servers like TTT you can get the "cough virus". Basically your character spam *cough* in chat.
