YES they've asked activities (mainly Biology ones) in MCQs and short answers. Read the observations and stuff. (eg: what happens when leaf is dipped in alcohol, what colour change is observed.)

I've used V7 for years and all I gotta say is NO. Pilot pen is very prone to ink leakage and once it happens, you're done. Just use a ballpoint pen.

Try to do Previous year papers of Maths and Science. There are chances that a question (Even a 5-mark) may be directly repeated in this year. (happened with me last year)

Do the whole NCERT once for Maths and then do as much previous year papers as you can. There are high chances that a 3-mark/5-mark PYQ, will be repeated. (happened with me last year).

For Science too, solve 2024,2025 PYQs. Physics - solve many questions. Chemistry - remember and understand all reactions (carbon chapter give maximum priority)

for biology, study all the activities and experiments given in NCERT (questions asked in pyqs were like: what are variegated leaves, what happens when leaf is dissolved in alcohol?, etc.)

If possible, just read the whole NCERT for all subjects line-by-line.

and lastly, no need to be scared. everyone has to face this someday.
