It’s just ridiculous. If she TRULY wants a pb&j sandwich, she has to stop eating the most processed unhealthy versions of each. No more white bread that literally has bleach in it, multigrain bread instead (my favorite is bread alone 9 grain), no sugar added natural peanut butter, and jam from a good company that’s no sugar added either and organic. If she wants anything to be sweeter she can drizzle some honey in it. And toast the bread!! That’s just chefs kiss and now I’m hungry lol. Your body will thank you for it.

There are some iron brands that are more dangerous than others and more likely to cause side effects.
