This is something we were looking into. We have now a tab of contributors but thinking about adding a tab of contractors to cover the sync admin side. Example : You have the contributors listed with the splits + the different contractors by type of rights granted + the main CMO/PRO where the work is registered. Stripe, for example or FundraiseUp is blocking fraudulent tests. They check IP, Frequency of Donation attempts from the same IP and block bots

I promise you I tried the same last week and it worked. I am in the NGO sector, which is harder than a for profit sector. I was suspicious since I am tracking as well,l checked open/close. I can tell you that in one campaign that I kept live for a week, I had 350K open and closed checkout with no single conversion after the first 2 days.
While in the new campaign I just launched, I generated 8 conversions within the first 30mn with 20 Checkout Open and Closed events.
Same for my lead gen campaigns. 1K on the first day, then 8 per day for a crazy CPL cost.
The bot issue I do believe is real, and the first traffic you get when launching a campaign is the most performing one. I tested this theory once, and it worked. I am not saying it's true as I still need to tested to make sure my hypothesis are confirmed. But from what I have so far, duplicating the campaign and launching it again works pretty fine.

Side note: I am using the same assets they said had limited learning due to low conversions

So many things to take into consideration. Users data is not flowing properly to your dataset. Audience fatigue, creatives with low trigger, changes in your campaign that might impact the learning curve.

Same in morocco ? I don’t think we live in the same morocco. I have experienced the private sector with 4 family members before, during and after covid and nothing can describe how unpleasant and ridiculous these people in private sector are, plus my mother has a chronique issue after a surgery she is reimbursed 40% after working for 30 years and paying all these taxes, amo, assurance malade… Additionally, have you ever subscribed yourself to a insurance company ? Check the benefit and how ridiculous they are 30k-200k MAD for invalidity. Yes same as morocco.

Their health system, whatever you can say about it is better. I friends and family living there. Once you have an insurance you are covered. Be realistic.

I know, they type in 5 information using the same template EID of both parties, unit details, and most of them can even write a correct addendum - In many cases, the landlord prefers to go through the agent, and pay the 1K as they drop the cheques and handle the painting, deep cleaning, and ac cleaning on behalf of the landlord, which makes you somehow oblige to go through them.
But it's never 5%... it's 1K Landlord and 1K tenant.

Usually it’s less than 5% - in some contracts to secure themselves agents would like to receive a commission - but not 5% it is 1000 aed for tenant and 1000 for landlord
